Hi Shaun,
Thanks for contacting Meta.
It looks like you’re contacting us to request more information about a payment for your Meta ads.
You can have a more detailed view of this payment here: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/billing/transaction_details/?act=352154699128957&nav_entry_point=lep_184&txid=6072785999499578-12720628&tx_type=3&nav_source=unknown
The charge that you selected is for costs from your recent or active ad campaigns. In this case, you were charged on your monthly bill date for leftover ad costs at the end of your monthly billing period. Here's some information explaining why this charge happened:
When you create Meta ads, you don't pay for them right away. Instead, as they run, you accrue costs that you'll be charged for later. There are 2 ways you'll be charged for these costs:
- Whenever you reach the payment threshold for your ad account
- Automatically on your monthly bill date
Your payment threshold is an amount you can spend on ads before we charge you for them. Whenever your accrued ad costs reach your payment threshold, we'll charge you for that amount. Your monthly bill date is the day you'll be charged for leftover ad costs that don't quite reach your payment threshold.
For more information about your payment threshold and monthly bill date, including instructions on how to check them, you can go to our Meta Business Help Center:

Dear John
We don't give a fuck, but with a formal letterhead

or when they use unable for unwilling

they cant see your credit card....but lets ignore the part about using at will

Seamless theft, disappears without a trace, almost.
The perfect crime does not exist, but this is close, sneak in unguarded, grab the goods, vanish into the night, and at daybreak the unwilling or unable are nowhere to be seen, and neither are the stolen good, leaving only the good owner with empty hands, and no resolution.
Honestly, its ingenious.
They know they have time
Third, the hacker knows that getting your site back from Facebook is a long and painful process, so they have time to get the real work done, stealing your money.
They run ads with their own products, with massive day rate limits
Fourth, they run ad campaigns with their own products, to hundreds of millions of people, at rates hundreds of times higher than you normally do, and sell products using your credit card.
